Description: Lei n.º 56/2012, de 8 de novembro, alterada através da Lei n.º 85/2015, de 7 de agosto onde foram alterados os limites das freguesias do Areeiro e Beato”. Definição de um novo mapa administrativo, para a cidade, configurando 24 freguesias. A reconfiguração do mapa de freguesias do concelho de Lisboa efetua -se de acordo com um princípio de racionalização e de ajustamento da organização territorial, com o objetivo da instituição de freguesias com maior e mais equilibrada dimensão. Em resultado da fusão de algumas das freguesias anteriores, são criadas as seguintes freguesias (Artigo 7º da Lei): Belém; Alvalade; Areeiro; Santo António; Santa Maria Maior; Estrela; Campo de Ourique; Misericórdia; Arroios; São Vicente; Avenidas Novas; Penha de França; e Santa Clara. É também criada a freguesia de Parque das Nações. Mantêm -se, embora com redefinição dos seus limites, as freguesias seguintes(Artigo 8º da Lei): Ajuda; Alcântara; Benfica; São Domingos de Benfica; Marvila; Beato; Lumiar; Carnide; Olivais (antes Santa Maria dos Olivais); e Campolide.
